The DHS is under pressure from Federal court to either publish H4 EAD revoke rules or give an answer in court by March 2019.

A lawsuit may be filed against the H4 EAD removal but you should not rely on it. If you are eligible for H1B, I strongly suggest to change your status.

Lot of people who were working on H4-EAD and were eligible for H1B, have already changed their status to H1B. If you can, you should too convert as early as possible to keep your job and income source unaffected.
