Who are you to judge people from photos ? You do not even know who she is. What qualifies you for making these judgements ?

Thanks laliGurans for posting an aptly titled picture. Such a simple picture, and yet it has many meanings. It could have been two different pictures, one of the almost naked kid and other of the finely dressed lady. If you just compare those two indivisuals, it will give you the stark situation of present Nepal -- someone doesn't even have a cloth to wear and someone is wearing an expensive summer outfit.

An aptly titled picture, because the kid is showing too much skin not because he is on the beach, but because he can't afford one (badhyata). On the other hand the lady is showing much of her skin because of "rahar". (No offense to the ladies who wear less clothes -- I am just talking in the contex of an above pic).
