Parliament is supreme because it has 'People's mandate'. That is why it took many sweeping decisions including scraping off the supreme commander post. Now, Nepal Army is accountable to the Parliament. King is not related to the army anymore.

But now, army has started extorting money from local people by threatening them as seen in Bhaktapur.

Now you tell me who should bear the responsibility for this?

If you do not want to discuss this, you will have to accept that Parliament is not supreme and its 'sweeping changes' has sweeping effect only on paper.

Welcome to New Nepal.

Well, it's clear, the army and the top brass who have always considered the security force as their private army (and the country as private property) are unhappy now. I am expecting more mayhem because they want to create instability, chaos to make it look like the old order was better. But they will lose because people are more conscious now because of similar stunts that have been staged by Ranas and Shahas for too long now.

Stop yourself from getting bullshit ideas. You are having a delusion. Ranas and Shahs are not like Girija and the gang to do all that ie Ranas and Shahs are not the same as Girija, makune and the gang. They do not have paltu kukkur like gagan or terrorist counterparts like Maoists to do anything. And, besides that they are law abiding respectable citizens who are proud to have their dignity and nationalism in whatever they do.

i don't see anywrong extroting money!!!hahahhah.lets make nepal rich by extrorting money from one another .if maoist can do .why not bechara army jawan.how much money do they make?they put their lives in stake everyday fighting with maoist ultimately what do they get demoralized by SPAM and Human rights people as if they are only culprit.Put yourself in a army jawan shoes and think!!!
they have families too. They are poor too .
now what is happening in Nepal.Everyday the army is getting demoralized by newspapers .one recent story army captain had to beg forgiveness for beating maoist.what a kaliyug.

If this goes on The Nepal army won't be able to fight with maoist for us..

May be Girija babu can have another proclamation"we nepalese are going to be rich now, everyone including maoist are free to extort money no one will be held accountable"
