1. Do you think guy writes fiction or facts in his op-ed pieces? (He made up several stories and when confronted, he had to say, oh you stupid, my writings are NOT NEWS, its fact based fiction) 2. Can this guy be trusted? (He has lot to say and act against Ms. Nepal peagantary, what does he think about his own hip-hopping son? 3. Does he represent the sentiment of Nepali people or he is just someone who tastes sour grape all the time? (He has the sharpest pen, and he rarely uses it to praise someone)

He is really good............not perfect, obviously no one is perfect in this earth but far better than most of the people . truly can vomit venom against u depending on ur attitude, mostly speaks truth and reality and common people's aspiration. he has gut and balls to speak and write any institution that go away from generally expected from the society. Truly great writer of contemporary Nepal.

He is probably one of the best writers (I woudn't say the best). Like the UML, his view are populist, but he never hands any solutions. Its quite easy to bi*ch about anything. I can bi*ch about Sajha.com, and people might cheer me up. But if I say say Mr. Khagendra Shangraula the wicked, writes truth, I would say that would be an utter false statement.

I like his articles and stories. I've been reading his stories since 1990. He is one and only revolutionery writer in Nepal who actually represent and awake to people.

Sardarsing bro, for the answer to your second question>>>>> 2. Can this guy be trusted? (He has lot to say and act against Ms. Nepal peagantary, what does he think about his own hip-hopping son? ) for your kind info his son is not hip_hopping!!!!! Look before you leap, If you want to argue on that topic than you are simply wasting your time and mine time. And I am as well not here to argue with you, rather let you know that you were mistaken.

Khagendra Sangroula On Tradition and Change Best known for his penetrating social criticism, Khagendra Sangroula is an independent leftist whose writings are deeply concerned with the social and political upheavals of our times. His most poignant stories and essays focus on the hard fact of exploitation, and on the difficulty of attaining justice. Sangroula often treads where few Nepali writers dare to venture: far into the remote hinterlands of the country. In his recent novel Junkiriko Sangeet he tackles caste discrimination head-on, examining the economic, social and personal devastation it wreaks in rural Dalit communities. more about him on : http://www.nepalitimes.com

KarmaRana bro how can you bet him as a castist? He did intercaste marriage, and I told you before Khagendra Sangroula is an independent leftist whose writings are deeply concerned with the social and political upheavals.

why care if its a fiction or non-fiction if he can really make it sound like a true story? He writes really good. I will praise him if all that he writes are fiction, just for his imagination, and also for his expressions that make them sound real. Anyway, Khagendra Sangraula IS a good writer, no matter what he writes, fiction or non-fiction! nk
