I worked on one project (about 9 months) as a BA and I havent been able to find another project for a long time (its really been ridiculously long). The consulting company that I work for has hardly been able to get any interviews for me.

So, I am thinking about changing the company. I am sure there are many other Nepali BAs working for some or other company. I would really appreciate if any of you could suggest me some good companies to transfer my H1B. I wont need any training. All I need is a decent company with a good marketing team. I know "a good company" isnt a weel definied term (but a company with good marketing team, and a fair salary would work for now).
And of course they should be willing to transfer my H1 and pay the costs associated with it.

Please let me know if you are working for a good company or know of any other good companies. Your help will be really appreciated.

Do you have current pay stubs for at least last 2 months? You need to submit current pay stubs to transfer H1B.

I dont have those paystubs.
But i guess it works for Deshi companies (or do you think its a must)?

In such case it will be very difficult to transfer H1B. Even Dhoti companies ask for current pay stub if you are willing to transfer to another Dhoti company.

My suggestion is that, keep trying to get a project of any length from your current dhoti company. Once you have worked for two months then you are free to transfer to any company with the pay stubs. I went through this situation and did the same.

One thing, Never transfer to dhoti's company again. Dhoti company is just as a trian station.

But its been really hard to find a project through them.
From what I understand, looks like you are now working for an Ameican owned company. Would you mind letting me know the name of the company (so that I can transfer in future..)?

I don't work in American company either. I work in German company but CEO is American. Let me know once you get a short project for couple of months. This will enable you to transfer H1B.

By the way, is this going to be your first project in your entire H1B period?

I already worked on H1.
I have about 9 months experience in total (working as a BA).
But its been a long time since I got out of the last project.
