Nepal world's largest Alainchi producer
The trade of cardamom during the year was valued at Rs 800 million and reached about Rs 1 billion in the last fiscal year. India is the largest importer of the Nepali cardamom. It is also the second biggest exporter of the product.

Nepal is not only the world's largest alainchi producer but also the country with the dumbest businessman. If India can be the second biggest exporter of the product, then why India is also the largest importer from Nepal. It's bcoz Indian businessman buy that from Nepal in cheap price and export that in a high price. I think only 10-15% of exported cardamom are produced in India and rest of em are imported from Nepal to export all that. This was the same thing with carpet industry. Once, Nepal used to be the largest exporter of finest carpet but now, there is no Nepal and even the Nepalese carpet are taged 'Made in India'.

Who can you blame, gorDa? When all the "brains" have left Nepal and moved to greener pastures. Surely what's left behind are the brainless. That's why the economy of the country has been jeapodized. Everything has a price to pay...including the gain or loss of brain power.

How about you genius? How much did you pay for the Jeans pair that you bought recently? You know how much it actually costs at the factory? Why did you not buy it directly from the factory? How about the t-shirt you bought for 30 bucks? Did you know that they pay 40 cents to the columbian worker for that t-shirt and that it actually costs a couple of bucks to make the t-shirt? How do you explain the price differential? hehe....kiddo, are you taking economics 101?

. I would agree to gorDa in this. Poor Business Practice, is what i call. And Heartbeat . I have a different vision to that thing you said. Provided, we are connected so easily at this age, we're least bothered by geography. Right "Secure" Investments at the Right Time .. thats what we all have been looking for, isnt it?
