I have a question to immigration expert here on Sajha.

Is there a minimum Salary required under EB2?  If there is a minimum salary than how much is minimum for someone with MS plus 2 years experience job title Computer System Analyst, let say some Midwest state like Indiana?  Any help will be great.

Thanks msalpaani and AX.  Do you know if EB2 can be filed on Level 2 or if it has to be level 3 or 4?

It depends on when you file the labor cert. They will send you the required salary when filing the labor cert. In my case (BS+5) it was Level 2.

AX, the web you gave me was very helpful.  Per that web my salary is between level 2 and 3.  I've MS + 2 years.  So what you are telling is Level 2 can qualify under EB2?
