I have problem with tax filing!!can anyone knows !!

I am in f1visa n have a 9months child he is citizen but i can't get advantage of this n have to pay extra money./If I fill the tax form online I can get 5000 but it is illegal.

please friends  suggest me.

You have a F1 visa with 9 month old child and he was born in US. And you are trying to collect Child Tax Credit, which is of course law prohibits to do that.

I hope not you made the child by yourself, Would you mind to tell us the other parent's status? or We have to assume his/her status is F1 also.

If you owe money, pay by installments. Do the right thing, you will get the good karma.

 

ya.... we both are student f1 status, my son is born in us so he got his all papers including citizenship card.

only id like to know What will be the consequences if I apply like that.

Dude, you just have 24 hours to file tax return. Why don't you call CPA (desi) in your town or call your friends in the different cities if they know one so you can file over the phone.

what about my middle finger? frens what u all think about that for him?
