My attorney sent me receipt today. USCIS issued it on 14th. But it is not approval.

 

At least receipt ta aayechha bro..hopefully approval pani aaunchha!!

Sathi ko Consultancy ta haina ni hagi!!!

h1b package USCIS ma kahile delivered bhako ho bro ko?

Mero civil engineering consultancy bata ho. April 1 ma nai athayeko bhanthyo attorney le.

Tara receipt says they received on 7th April.

Mero Pani genuine company bata ho..NON PP , ADV degree,VSC ho..Khai kyahi pani aayeko chhina haile samma..H1b package was delivered on April 1st....

i don't mean to offense u but i was just letting you know that i have a "DIRECT JOB FROM A GENUINE COMPANY"...congratulations for ur receipt..hope u will get approval soon

ani tyo company le fee pay gareko check USCIS le cash garyo bhane chai ke bhujne sathi ho, approval/denial

check cashed = Receipt issued
(to check you status look at the back side of canceled check and search in USCIS website)


It will arrive sooner or later.

Filed: April 10th

e-mail receipt received: April 15th

e-mail case approved: April 18th.

All approved documents received: April 21st.

small company but  not in IT.

application was reached on 1st and heard USCIS cashed the checks but no other information.................
