 filing an asylum from DFW

has anyone tried filing asylum from DFW, TX. let me know what process we have to go thru...what's difference in filing from dfw or CA or NY....

Sate doesn't matter for the application. You just have to have a strong case to grant asylum in the United States. If you have enough evidences that can prove why are you seeking asylum in the states and risk your life and family member, if you return to the country, then you can even file the case by yourself. You just have to convince the Immigration officer (for the first interview), with th supporting documents to show him/her handy. They need to be matched up what you speak for your case.

Try from California where there is already a precedent. Its tried and true method. Don't do it from anywhere else. Its good to have a sympathetic ear. Good luck and God bless.

Any suggestions for people in LA. Can I still file from SF?? Can you still file while on OPT? If rejected can you come back to the same status??
