Hi there,

I became US citizen few months back. My parents are here in Tourist visa since 1 month now. Can I file for there green card (I-130) now or do I have to wait 90 days before I can file for them? Also do I file adjustment of status (I-485) together or do I need to wait for this?

Some webstie said I have to wait 90 days but some said 30 days is fine. Can you guys please advise?

Also, for I-485, do I need to pay 1033 for each or is it for both?
