Pathetic.
I 'm surprised Jordan did not score more.
So much for the hype about a nepalese defender going to play in English League.

After that god performance against East Timor, this was horrific.
Not long ago, we played really well against much better opponent Korea DPR. Are we getting into a habit of being lion at home and jackal away???
---------------
O the other note, I think this has killed off any chance for Rohit Chand to break into European football. Hopefully he wont be sacked by his current employers HAL, India.
--------------------
And, also that of Mr Graham "Jackass" Roberts, he was making all this big fuss..... Where are the result. More than anything else, it was tactical failure. There was no man to man marking or zonal marking. And this is what you cal a world class defence and world class goal keeping. Either you dont know what world class is or you dont know footbal altogether................... I will be surprised if you keep your job for SAFF or SAG .

Nepal's FIFA Ranking is 148 while Jordan's ranking is 84.
Did you seriously expect Nepal to lose by just one goal? Get real people.

My prediction for the game was 6-0. Just missed by some goals.

I think Physical structure ,fitness including diet of south asian players are weak. You can clearly see how gorkhalis were physically dominated. Nepal should seriously start thinking about playing baseball now.

Nepalese player needs heavy protein diet. (Red meat no matter with beef). And does anybody have the news of reaction of Arsenel or Spurs about buying Chand. I wish he plays in European standard.

I think ANFA is to blame, Sala Ganesh Thapa le rajniti matra garera khattam paryo. I remember 10-12 years ago when the ANFA youth program had just started they were saying things like we'll be making it to the top of the AFC after grooming these young athleletes. Jordan played 4 matches top class Asian teams but we went there with 4 days of training and the only practice we ever get is minnows like bhutan or some lowly team. If you look at the goals it seems like the players stopped trying after conceding the second goal. I was predicting a 4-0 loss but 9-0 is just heinious.

Does this result put a dent on Mr. Chand's hopes of playing for Arsenal or Spurs? it will definitely have some impact i think.
As I said there is no point for Nepal to compete in the international football, what is the point? I don't see them winning the world cup ever, which is the ultimate goal and I don't see them making to the world cup ever. I think Nepal should just play regional football, they probably have a fair chance in winning the SAARC region football.
The funniest thing about the video was the end...10-0 revenge in Kathmandu. That was funny.

This reminds me of the yester years. We used to gather up in Dasrath Rangashala to watch a club level game; stadium used to be sold out. Then we started playing international game and found out how good we really were, attendance suffered drastically afterwards.
I hope it doesn't put a big dent on our soccer program. We can't quit, we have to keep trying.
Coach Graham might be advocating that the game be played in Jordan now; no point humiliating the team in home crowd (surely the result will be much much better).

there is no point in trying.....the result speaks loudly...we can't even compete with countries like Jordan that's ranked 84th in the world... and do you seriously think we will win the world cup? waste of time and money.... maybe these players should find another profession to help make Nepal better.

Nepal does have good players, and trainers, but they need financial motivation to keep them aggressive, which leads to victory.
