Sajha tech Gurus,
McAfee OAS is disabled. This Guard online and Security warning keep popping off and ask me to buy the full version. I can't enable the OAS. How do I do that? Security warning says cant run the applciation. It tells to run the antivirus software. Looks like PC is infected.
Thanks

i used to use AVG and McAfee but both seemed to create issues like you are facing once in a while. So, I switched to avast and it's been pretty good so far. Uninstall mcafee; download avg free edition or avast free edition and install it, and then run a full system scan. should solve the problem.

I had same situation before before a year. It will give you notification windows of virus and take you to differnt site and ask you to buy some anti-virus. It will not let you unistall anything or do anything. What i did was system recovery from few days before ( when there was no virus) . There will be no change on data (but make sure of that, i have window 7 ) .
Try this. Good luck

If you cannot download and install anything then use a different computer to download a software called "malwarebytes" you can find it in google.
Then start your computer in "safe mode" and install malwarebytes using USB drive.
