Well that's true. I'm talking about juicing.
It tells you about medical hoaxes and how general public is brainwashed into believing certain diseases are incurable.
Do yourself a favor, watch it and get yourself new spirit.

I didnt get time to see the video. But definately I would like to make a comment here. Apple seeds contain cyanide. When i was taking Anatomy N phisology class, I learned this and there was a news when a kid died beacuse of eating apple seed salad. Usually, our body can detoxify apple seed but large amount of it would harm as well specially kids..

I watched the first 10 mins of the video and sort of got an idea as to where the rest of this was headed. Think the whole part about eating organic is very true and that eating organic can definitely be a way to living a healthier life. I always wonder why cancer is becoming almost an epidemic in the 21st century while hardly heard of in history, for me it always boils down to the quality of life. Although we have a more convenient lifestyle now, I feel that life with minimal exercise, fast foods, dietary pills etc. isn't really a high quality life.  I see a lot of people just pop in vitamin pills with soda and I can't help but wonder if these people think they're going to survive past 40 without the natural nutrients of life.

While eating and living healthy is important, i think that it also comes with a high price taghere in the US. Not all people can afford to eat organic, I think wholefoods and central market are the stores that supposedly resort to organic food. However, their prices are almost twice as high than regular brands. All i can say is that I miss my garden back home where we used to grow vegetables and i didn't need to worry about pesticides, processed foods, genetically modified food etc. etc. I think that this is where we pay the price of standardization and mass production; we don't really get to decide on the quality of food.

guess im off to the gym.

thaparza and fez, you both are absolutely correct.

@thaparza, yeah, some seeds are not to be juiced together like apples, but we as an adult can detoxify certain amount of so-called poison in apple seeds. The chemical in apple seeds are sometimes moderately administered to cancer patients to neutralize the toxins in cancer cells itself, needlessly to say it's not harmful for adult. But everything of too much is always a bad idea. Based on one report, it takes 150,000 apple seeds to kill one full grown human. I don't know if that's true but it was based on how many grams of apple seeds took to kill a 6 gram mouse. On top of that, if it's just swallowing then that absolutely does nothing.
But anyway, why take any chance, when we know it's poisonous if crushed/chewed and inside our system. I always take those seeds out before I juice them.

@fez, there were some key points in the middle of the video. It's not just saying eat organic, but showing proof how so called incurable diseases are cured just by juicing. How these so called medical doctors are trained to believe that certain diseases are incurable? I feel pity for them as they're secluded from the fact that mother nature has laid out abundance of healing fruits and herbs for us. The time before doctors were different, it was all natural. People lived thousands and thousands of year ago and they never had to do chemotherapy or biopsy. I agree that in certain time of medical needs like accident and things like that, it's better to go to doctor and do your thing, that's little comfort we have today. But sometimes, some of these doctors give their patients deadline of death. Which I personally think is not quite reasonable?
Juicing alone has cured 439  out of 440 terminally ill patients who were declared incurable by medical doctors. Most of these had advanced cases of cancers, skin Tbs and bladdar problems but it not only helped them but totally cured them. That's the power of mother nature I think so.

You are right, the food we eat today are all processed, moreever they microwave it. They kill all the nutrients in it. They are literally eating dead food with no nutrients. What can we expect from such nourishment of our body? Eventually, sooner or later, we'll develop various form of diseases after 40s or sooner when our immune system starts degrading.

So, all my friends, if you are eating all food your heart loved, don't forget to drink fresh homemade juice twice a day. It's giving love to your body and that's what your body needs.
- boil water, cool it and drink (dechlorinate - if not it'll increase the bacteria resistancy that means normal antibiotic won't work just in case)
- don't microwave (even though more than 60% household in US have microwave, very few know it literally kills food we are eating)
- drink organic fruit juice everyday.

what else, lead a happy healthy life :D
