One 20-something person in Nepal is planning go to Dubai to work in a hotel (Waiter/bell boy .. etc). He does not know anyone in Dubai. Says he will get equivalent of Rs 20,000 plus tips and free room and borad. Will that be enough to survive in Dubai? He is going there through a man power agency. Does anyone have experience going abroad thru a man power agency? Wil he be received at the airort by his employer? Will he be travelling alone or in a group? Does anyone have good/bad experience with such employment ...?

That sounds ridiculously low but then I really don't know anyone who's gone to Dubai or the middle east.
