Hello Sajha friends.

I am in the process of filing I-485 adjustment of status based on my EB2 and there's a question where i've to answer:
whether i've done any "unathorized work".....
Like most of us, maile pani OC ma kaam gareko thiye in the summer when i was in college.

i don't know what should i do ? I know some of sajha folks have gone through similar situation. Please advise.

will they check my employment history and "unathorized work".

if you never gave your ss number and never been paid in check then this thread is worthless

 Of course i worked using SSN.
Most folks have to use SSN in OC 

 You'll be fine. Don't quote me on this but I know a few people who've worked in Ocean City (including myself) who worked without an EAD by using their SS Numbers. Some of them have gone onto become US Citizens while some are PR now.
