No need to worry..Enjoy your stay in Nepal.

If you departed by a commercial air or sea carrier (airlines or cruise ships), your departure from the U.S. can be independently verified, and it is not necessary to take any further action, although holding on to your outbound (from the U.S.) boarding pass - if you still have it - can help facilitate your reentry next time you come back to the United States.

 Dear arjun,

Like uhi nepali said, no need to worry about it. As far as my knowledge, the staff of the airlines was supposed to take the I94 before you boarded the flight but sometimes they might forget or don't know what they were doing. The immigration officer is going to give you new I94 next time when you come back anyways, so no need to worry about it. But hold onto it just in case they ask something. Good luck and enjoy your visit.
