Dear friends,
I am in near of my 6th year H1b. I need to find a company that will file for my GC right away. I have been working as automation qa analyst using qtp 11 and selenium tester. Anybody know any company that files GC for this role.
Help would be really appreciated.
Thanks much

Give some more details. You already running in 6th year, if so it will be little difficult. You need to file labor atleast 365 days before ur last day in h1b, to renew ur h1 beyond 6 year based on pending or approved labor. If you have crossed this mark it is difficult to convince any company to start gc process , cause if anything goes little different like labor audit than you may not be able to renew h1 and continue . If you have little more than a year in h1b and you are working as contractor where you can stay with same client but change ur employer , in that case some companies might be willing to do it. Let me know what you are upto. If you meet the scenario I mentioned above, then I might be able to give you number you wanna talk.

Hello Meraj,
Thanks for the message.
Yes, I do have more than 1 year left on H1b. I have approximately 17-18 months left. I am currently with the consulting company and believe me it sucks to be with consulting company. I am ready to relocate and start with any company that will file my GC right away.

It's difficult to find job with conditation saying they have to file GC. Let me know if u can keep the correct job with client and can change consulting. I know one consulting who will file GC, but they will ask you to have a current job
